Discover Evelyn Siatra's beautiful pattern. This sweater is knitted with the Dk Pure collection by Louise Robert.

Mariposa” is designed with an easy open-work pattern and side panels from bottom up to raglan shaping and hems in single ribbing. The cuffs have central slits. The ribbed cable cast on provides more elasticity. The back, fronts, and sleeves are worked flat from the bottom up and sewn together.

In addition to the knitting pattern, you need the following materials to knit the Marieposa sweater :

  • Louise Robert CollectionDK Pure (90% Merino wool, 10% Silk; 238 m /115 g): 4 (5, 5, 6, 6, 6, 7, 7) skeins in Miel Citron colorway.
  • Circular needles size 4 mm (US #6).
  • Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
  • Tapestry needle
  • Markers

Skill level: Intermediate

SIZE : S (M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL).

To fit 81 (91.5, 101.5, 112, 122, 132, 142, 152.5) cm / 32 (36, 40, 44, 48, 52, 56, 60)" bust with 10 cm / 4" ease.

Sample shown in Size S, 91 cm / 35 ¾" bust worn with 10 cm / 4" ease.

GAUGE

19.50 sts and 26 rows = 10 cm; 4" in combination of open-work & ribb pattern.

22.70 sts and 28,5 rows = 10 cm; 4" in single ribbing.

Both gauges are measured after wet blocking.

NOTES : The back, front, and sleeves are worked flat from the bottom up and sewn together. Stiches are picked up across the neckline and then the collar is worked in rounds in single ribbing.
