COLORS
Due to the artisanal nature of our hand-dyed yarns, each skein may vary slightly, even within the same dye lot. If you order more than 5 to 6 skeins of the same color, a new batch will be dyed, which may lead to differences. We strive to make all skeins as similar as possible.
To ensure a smooth color transition, especially with semi-solid, speckled, or variegated colors, we recommend alternating rows between the old and new skein. Additionally, here are examples of knitted socks. This shows an example of socks where the yarn was not alternated, resulting in a pair of socks that do not have the same color.
Self-striping Autorayanteᵐᶜ colors work best for small projects like socks and hats. The color representation in photos may vary slightly depending on screen settings - see images below.

WASHING CARE
Care for Superwash Yarns
Our Superwash yarns are specially treated to prevent felting, making them suitable for machine washing. To maximize their lifespan, it is recommended to wash them in cold water and lay them flat to dry.
Washing and Preparation Before Knitting
Before you start knitting, remember to wash your skein. A slight color bleed may occur, especially with contrasting shades. To avoid any color transfer, it is best not to wash bright colors, such as red and white, together.
It is also advisable to make a swatch beforehand to check the tension. When washing the skein, avoid letting it soak in water. Simply wash it in cold water, gently squeeze out the excess, and then lay it flat to dry.

INVENTORY, FULFILLMENT, AND SHIPPING
The majority of our products are in stock and will be processed within 2-5 business days. However, it is possible that an item you ordered may be out of stock at the time you placed your order. In this case, an additional delay of up to 30 days may apply even if you selected the "express shipping" option, which only applies to the delivery time after the order has been shipped from our distribution center. At any time, you can contact us to track your order at 450-653-9099 ext. 1 or through our online contact form.
Some products, such as the "Mystery Sock Knitting Club," are shipped on a predetermined date indicated in the item description. If you order another item along with the "Mystery Sock Knitting Club," the additional item will be delivered with the club on the agreed date. If you do not wish to wait, please order your items separately.
Most of your yarns are shipped in lightweight and waterproof Tyvek envelopes. Do not use sharp objects such as scissors to open the envelope, as you might accidentally cut the yarn inside.
Most of our packages are delivered by Canada Post, Purolator, and FedEx, and the shipping fee is calculated based on the weight of the package. The available shipping options are displayed at checkout. A tracking number will be provided for all shipments made within Canada. For international delivery, you must select FedEx to ensure tracking of your order, as Canada Post cannot provide this information for international shipments. Please note that customs duties and/or taxes may apply depending on the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Please note that shipping delays are determined by Canada Post. Since we have no control over packages once they leave our facility, delivery times may vary slightly from the selected option, and we cannot be held responsible for any delays due to circumstances beyond our control. If you need your order to be prioritized, please indicate this information in the notes of your order, and we will contact you to inform you of any delays if necessary.
