Brannan Unisex Pullover - Knitting Pattern and Optional Kits

The Brannan Pullover by Evelyn Siatra has a beautiful cable pattern for the body and sleeves, giving the sweater an interesting texture.

The sweater has modified drop-shoulder design, high zipped collar and a loose relaxed fit. It is worked back and forth from the bottom up in separate pieces and seamed. The left and right plackets are worked in single ribbing at the same time with the front up to the neck edge. After the shoulder seams have been sewn, the placket stitches are joined to the back neck stitches and the collar is worked in rib. The collar facing is worked in stockinette stitch down to the neck edge. The back neck stitches are cast off and the placket facings are worked separately down to the front opening.

GAUGE

• 21 sts and 24 rows = 10 cm / 4 in worked in patt using size 5 mm / US 8 needles
• 18 sts and 26 rows = 10 cm / 4 in worked in St st using size 4.5 mm / US 7 needles

NOTE

The garment is knitted bottom-up in pieces and then sewn together.
