POUDING-CHÔMEUR is a traditional Quebequois and Acadian dessert dating back to the economic crisis of 1929. I am particularly fond of it, especially when my brother in law prepares it – his is the absolute best! I remember having diabetes during one of my pregnancies and the first thing I asked for when I left the delivery room was pouding-chomeur! - Louise- Composition: 88% Kid Mohair, 4% Nylon, 4% Wool
