POUDING-CHÔMEURis a traditional Quebequois and Acadian dessert dating back to the economic crisis of 1929. I am particularly fond of it, especially when my brother in law prepares it – his is the absolute best! I remember having diabetes during one of my pregnancies and the first thing I asked for when I left the delivery room was pouding-chomeur!- Louise

Seacell is a silky fiber made from seaweed and eucalyptus fibers. Seacell is hypoallergenic and very gentle. Algae for the marine cells are harvested in sparsely populated fjords of Iceland, in places where there is no waste or pollution from ships. Combined with silk, it creates a luxurious and shiny thread.
