It's by studying the color palettes that represent her life and career over the years that designer Louise Robert was able to imagine the variety available in these hand-dyed artisanal yarns.

AVONLEA is a fictional village imagined by the author of Anne of the Green Gables. Like many girls my age, as a child I was transported by the story of this orphan from Prince Edward Island and also in love with the handsome Gilbert Blythe! If Avonlea existed in real life, I probably would have wished to move there!- Louise

• Composition: 50% Merino SW, 50% Silk
• Quantity: 50 grams, 1.75 oz
• Yardage: 400 meters (437 yds)
• Gauge: 32 stitches = 10 cm (4 in)
• Needles: 2 - 3 mm (US #0 - 2.5)
• Washing Care: Hand wash in cold water. Lay flat to dry.
