This hand-dyed artisanal yarn is no ordinary knitting yarn: the designer behind the knitting patterns Louise Robert Design meticulously created this beautiful collection.

It's by studying the color pallets that represent her life and career over the years that designer Louise Robert was able to imagine all of the variety available in these hand-dyed artisanal yarns.

MARIE-ANTOINETTE, the last queen of France before the French Revolution after which the monarchy was abolished, and the sovereigns executed. I discovered this character with the film Marie-Antoinette by Sofia Coppola starring Kirsten Dunst. I loved the film so much for its decorations and its costumes but even more particularly for its soundtrack on the piano by Dustin O'Halloran, in particular the pieces Opus 17 and Opus 23 which are a pure wonder that it is impossible for me to describe with words. - Louise

Seacell is a silky fiber made from seaweed and eucalyptus fibers. Seacell is hypoallergenic and very gentle. Algae for the marine cells are harvested in sparsely populated fjords of Iceland, in places where there is no waste or pollution from ships. Combined with silk, it creates a luxurious and shiny thread.

If you love to knit with Biscotte Yarns, you will fall head over heels with this artisanal, hand-dyed AGULA MARINA yarn by Louise Robert Design. Whether you are knitting a gorgeous shirt, a shawl or an ultra soft blanket, there's nothing better than an original, artisanal yarn designed by a passionate knitter for knitting enthusiasts.

CAUTION ON WINDING:In order to preserve the delicacy of this fibre, we advise you to wind any skein of Algua Marina with great care.
