The Kindred Cowl by Jill Tamminem (aka Knit Sisu) is a great everyday accessory!   Alternating stranded colorwork stitches using three different colors, this piece is as much fun to make as it is to wear.  The easy beginner colorwork technique shows off the movement and play of color and adds a fancy flair.  The versatility in color choices allows knitters to show off their own creativity, making the piece uniquely their own.  Combined with a bandana-cowl structure, the Kindred Cowl will fly off the needles in this fast and fun project!

This basic colorwork project is perfect for those knitters who are new to 2-color knitting. I-cord edges are made by slipping the last 2 sts on every row. The Fair Isle pattern may be worked from the text or from the Chart at the end of the pattern.
