Drops Sky

SKY yarn from Drops is soft, light and very comfortable to wear! Made of baby alpaca, polyamide and wool, Drops Sky is available in a beautiful collection of trendy colors.

Composition: 74% alpaca, 18% polyamide, 8% wool
Weight / yardage: 1.8 oz (50 g) = approx 208 yds (190 meters)
Recommended needle size: US # 6/4 mm
Gauge: 21 m x 28 rows = 10 cm
Washing care: Hand wash, max 30 ° C / dry flat / feurable

Made from a combination of 74% baby alpaca, 8% merino wool and 18% polyamide, DROPS Sky is super soft and luxurious, with a feel that’s similar to DROPS Air, but a much more complex tube-like structure that allows the yarn to be lightweight, breathable and very durable.

Perfect for big projects like blankets, ponchos, cardigans and jumpers; and for cosy accessories like shawls, hats and scarves, DROPS Sky results in garments with a lovely texture when knitted in classic stocking stitch and it gives also a great result in both structure and cable patterns.
