NOTES :

You have the choice of knitting the short or long version for the body.

This sweater is worked from the bottom up, in the round, up to the beginning of the armholes, and then the front and the back are knitted separately in back-and-forth rows. The sleeves are knitted in the round from the stitches picked up around the armholes, ending with ribbing at the wrist.

Apart from the ribbing, this sweater is worked entirely in stockinette. In the round, the stockinette is achieved by knitting every round.  When working flat, stockinette is achieved by knitting the stitches in the right side rows and purling the stitches on the wrong side rows.

The shoulders and part of the collar are formed using German short rows. You are free to use another method (as “wrap and turn” if you prefer).

Belles laines, belle présentation, mais erreur dans l'étiquetage ou dans le patron avec la kid silk... Je n'ai pas pu suivre les instructions,

Christmas gift to me!

Loved the packaging, it was like opening a gift. The individual skeins were well marked. While the boucle gives a nice pop of texture didn't enjoy working with it. I think there is an error in the short rows on the right front. Short row 4 starts with a sl1- gsr but it is at the beginning of a row. On the left front I'm not sure why the number of stitches to knit is different than for the left front in short row 5, unless I was doing something wrong (always a possibility) there are not enough stitches as it is written (I am making the smallest size)
Overall a really fun knit. I am on my first sleeve and can see I will have yarn left to make some fun project TBD.
