Say goodbye to cold legs and hello to fashionable warmth with the Walking Trail Leg Warmers by Andrea Yetman!

Designed for both knitting and crochet, these leg warmers will keep you stylish and comfortable. They work up quickly making them a great gift for friends and family, or even for yourself!

IN ADDITION TO THIS KNITTING PATTERN, YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING MATERIAL:

The Walking Trail Leg Warmers knitting kit is also available HERE

YARN

  •  Louise Robert Collection - MERINO WORSTED (100% Merino wool sw; 200 meters / 220 yards per 100g skein). - 2 skeins

KNIT VERSION: 2 skeins - shown in Botticelli
CROCHET VERSION: 2 skeins - shown in Sarrasin

If you want to knit both versions, you'll need a total of 4 skeins of Merino Worsted.

NEEDLES AND ACCESSORIES

KNIT VERSION:

  • Circular needle
RIBS: Needle of 3.75 mm; (US#5) ; cable length of 80 cm; 32 in; or size required to obtain gauge
MAIN: Needle of 3.5 mm; (US#4); cable lenght of 80 cm; 32 in; or size required to obtain gauge (Normally the main needle is the bigger size but since Fisherman’s Rib is very stretchy, the main needle is the smaller size)

CROCHET VERSION:

SIZE
KNIT VERSION:
ONE SIZE / Length adjustable.

CROCHET VERSION: ONE SIZE / Length and width adjustable.

GAUGE:
KNIT VERSION:
 11sts = 2 inches not stretched

CROCHET VERSION: 10sts in sc.

NOTE:

KNIT VERSION: The knit version is worked in Fisherman’s Rib which in my opinion compares a sticking resemblance to the crochet version.

CROCHET VERSION: The crochet leg warmers are worked flat and joined with a slip stitch seam. The stitch pattern is beginner friendly with photos to help along the way. They work up quickly making them a great gift for friends and family.

This pattern is sold in a numeric PDF format: a link to download your pattern will be provided once the order is completed and you will also get this link by email (make sure to check your spams if you can't find the email in your inbox)
