Designed by Andrea Yetman, the Sock Mitts are made from our soft and warm 100% Merino Worsted yarn.

Get ready for some cozy, beginner-friendly mittens! With no thumb gusset, these knit up effortlessly on the go while keeping your hands super warm.

You have the option to purchase the pattern only or the knitting kit, which contains both the yarn and the pattern needed to knit this project!

Here is what you need to knit this project:

  • The Sock Mitts knitting pattern (sent as a PDF numeric file) - The pattern is included when you purchase a kit.
  • Louise Robert Collection - MERINO WORSTED (100% merino SW; 200 m / 100 g) - 2x 100g skeins of contrasting color - shown in :
    • MC - Green Grows
    • CC - Parchemin

Buttons are not included in the kits.

To complete this knitting project, you will require these additional accessories along with the knitting kit:

SIZES AVAILABLE IN THE PATTERN - Adult one size - Length of hand adjustable.

GAUGE: 12sts and 17 rows = 5 cm – 2 inches

NOTE: These mitts are worked from the cuff down in the round. There is no thumb gusset, making these very beginners friendly and extremely comfortable as well as allowing your hands free to knit while out and about and still keeping your hands warm. The mitt flap is joined and then worked in the round. An I-cord loop and button is attached at the top of the mitt to help keep the flap in place when not covering your fingers.

This pattern is sold in a numeric PDF format: a link to download your pattern will be provided once the order is completed, and you will also get this link by email (make sure to check your spam if you can't find the email in your inbox)

2024-04-12: The garther stitch for the flap part of the mitten has been added.

Petit tricot

Je viens de débuter ce tricot. Il est très facile à faire. Le patron est très bien expliqué.
