Get Louise Robert's new shawl knitted with Paintbox Caladium.

Like a river flowing down in a quiet roll, this delicate design is knitted from one wave to the next, cradled by a gradient of colors that evolve from beginning to end.

In addition to the pattern, you will need the following materials to knit the Rolling on the River shawl:

  • Biscotte Yarns – : Paintbox gradient yarn set; contains a collection of 6 mini skeins of 50g of Bis-Sock yarn (85% Merinos Superwash and 15% Nylon, 200 m / 219 yds) in color Caladium
  • 3.5 mm (US #4) Circular needles (or size needed to obtain gauge); cable length of 80 cm or +
  • Tapestry needle
  • Stitch markers if you want to separate the repeats of the pattern.

GAUGE : 28 stitch= 10 cm; 4 in over lace pattern, after blocking.

ATTENTION : Gauge is not critical for this pattern. However, please note that a change in gauge may result in different finished size and yarn requirements.

FINAL SIZE AFTER BLOCKING : With = 47 cm; 18 in and length = 180 cm; 70 in.

NOTE : You should identify your 6 colors with letters: A, B, C, D, E and F in the order in which you want them to appear in your shawl.

This pattern is offered as a PDF document. You must add the pattern to your cart, follow the steps to check out & a link to download the pattern will be emailed to you ♥

ERRATUM 2021-06-14: On the written version of the stitch pattern at row 2, "k12" has been replaced by "p12". Sorry for the inconveniences!
