NEEDLES AND NOTIONS
- Size 3.5mm (US 4) straight needles and one set of double pointed needles (DPN) or preferred needle for working small circumferences, or 0.25mm smaller than working needle

- Size 3.75mm (US 5) straight and one set of double pointed needles (DPN) or preferred needle for working small circumferences

GAUGE
23 sts and 34 rows = 10cm / 4” over St st or Sail Chart on larger needles, blocked
32 sts and 36 rows = 10cm / 4” over 1x1 Rib on smaller needles
One 12-st panel of Rope Chart = 3cm /1.25” on larger needles, blocked
NOTES
Each side of the body is worked flat from the bottom up. Sleeves are worked in the round from the bottom up then joined to the center of each side of the body at the underarm with three-needle bind off. Each side is then worked flat using raglan decreases to taper to neck bind off. The sides are seamed together, with one seam along the front and one along the back.
