Drops Nord is the combined softness and durability of alpaca, wool and polyamide. Perfect for all your projects that need to survive your everyday life.
Spun as a traditional 4-strands sock yarn, DROPS Nord is made in a combination of 45% superfine alpaca (for the softness), 25% Peruvian Highland wool (for the warm and shape stability) and 30% polyamide (for the strength and durability).
An easy to knit/crochet yarn, that gives clear stitches and that is perfect for warm, everyday garments, like jumpers, socks, hats, gloves and much more!

Shortly after submitting my order, I was contacted by phone by a staff member to discuss dye lot issues. Because I needed 10 balls of yarn for my project, they needed to consolidate inventory from various stores. As a result, there would be one ball from a different dye lot. I appreciate that I was contacted in order to let me decide how to proceed. After accepting the full order, I was very pleasantly surprised to see that they were all of the same dye lot. Clearly they had gone through the trouble of searching their inventory further in order to fulfill my order.
