Here is the latest design of Lorraine Courtemanche, the Granola Tunic.
A tunic knitted from the bottom up in garter stitch using different sizes of circular needles, creating a lovely textured effect and a flared shape.
We offer this model as a kit only. If you want to buy the pattern alone, you'll find it on Lorraine Courtemanche Ravelry HERE.
THIS KNITTING KIT INCLUDES
- The Granola Tunic knitting pattern (sent as a digital pdf format) - The pattern is included when you purchase a kit.
- LOUISE ROBERT COLLECTION - GRANOLA [70% Merino wool, 30% Hemp; 300 m per 100 g] - 2 (2, 2, 3, 3, 3, 3, 4, 4) SKEINS - shown in Air du temps.
*Care: Machine wash on a delicate cycle in cold water. Tumble dry: Hemp has the unique property of stretching significantly when wet and returning to its original shape when tumble dried. If, after several washes and tumble dries, you notice that the garment has shrunk slightly, lightly mist it with water and then lay it flat to dry, stretching it to the desired dimensions.
IN ADDITION TO THIS KIT, YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING MATERIALS

SIZES - XS (S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL)
Cheast measurement: 71 to 76 (81 to 86, 91.5 to 96.5, 101.5 to 106.5, 112 to 117, 121 to 127, 132 to 137, 142 to 147, 152 to 158) cm / 28 to 30 (32 to 34, 36 to 38, 40 to 42, 44 to 46, 48 to 50, 52 to 54, 56 to 58, 60 to 62) in.

GAUGE
22 stitches x 44 rows = 10 cm (4'') garter stitch, unblocked, using 4 mm (US 6) needles.
NOTE
Stitches are cast on using 7 mm needles, but the number of stitches is calculated based on the gauge swatch worked with 4 mm needles. Changing needle sizes creates the tunic’s flared shape.
