The Miroir Miroir Scarf by Louise Robert is back, featuring exciting new color kits to perfectly complement your wardrobe!

I always like to offer an easy pattern to celebrate the launch of a new base yarn collection! For the Suri Alpaca, I wanted to create a warm and mellow scarf. I decided to play with long stripes in simple garter stitch to keep the focus on the fibers and colors!

As the colored stripes reflect from one side to the other like in a mirror, it reminded me of the Evil Queen looking into her magic mirror to find the reflection of her desires: “Miroir, miroir…” - Louise

You have the option to purchase the pattern only or the knitting kit, which contains both the yarn and the pattern needed to knit this project!

THIS KNITTING KIT INCLUDE

  • The Miroir Miroir Scarf knitting pattern (sent as a digital pdf format) - The pattern is included when you purchase a kit.
  • LOUISE ROBERT COLLECTION - SURI ALPACA [100% suri alpaca; 200 m per 50 g] - 3 SKEINS - shown in
    • A - 1 SKEIN - Chardon
    • B - 1 SKEIN - Absinthe
    • C - 1 SKEIN - Van gogh

IN ADDITION TO THIS KIT, YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING MATERIAL

SIZE - ONE SIZE

  • Length: 150 cm (60'')
  • Width: 27.5 cm (10.75'')

GAUGE

20 stitches = 10 cm (4'') in garter stitch.

NOTE

This scarf is knitted horizontally in garter stitch and although this project is not worked in the round, I recommand using a circular needles to hold the large amount of stitches.

There is no need to cut the yarn when working the transition from one color to the other: at the beginning of each right side row, knit the first stitch only using both colors (A & B when working the first transition or B & C when working the second transition). The rest of the row is knitted as usual with the right color.

ENJOY! ♥

This pattern is sold in a digital pdf format: a link to download your pattern will be provided once the order is completed and you will also get this link by emailbmake sure to check your spams if you can't find the email in your inbox)
