Necklace Shawl - Knitting pattern and Optional kits

The Necklace Shawl by Lana Jois is knitted with twisted stitch motifs that are used to make an intricate lace shawl.

The shawl is knit from the top down with 2 stitches in garter stitch at each edge. Increases are made at each edge both on right and wrong sides. The twisted stitch lace pattern may be worked from charts or written instructions while the stockinette sections are worked from written instructions.

You have the option to purchase the pattern only or the knitting kit, which contains both the yarn and the pattern needed to knit this project!

IN ADDITION TO THIS KIT, YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING MATERIALS

• Circular needles of 3.75 mm (US 5) - cable length of at least 100 cm (40'') - or size needed to obtain gauge
• Stitch markers
• Tapestry needle

GAUGE

20 sts and 28 rows = 10 cm (4") in lace pattern.

Gauge is not critical for this pattern, but a change in gauge may result in different finished size and yarn requirements.

Final dimensions: 66 (75)” wide and 17 ½ (20)”.
