Le Plateau Socks - Knitting Kit

We’re happy to introduce the Le Plateau socks, designed by Cristina Cusano.

Le Plateau Socks are named for a lively neighbourhood in Montreal. The four-stitch pattern repeat is easy to memorize and offers an enjoyable knitting experience for adventurous beginners and veteran sock knitters alike. The pattern is knit from the cuff down and features a heel flap/gusset construction. Instructions are provided for the Magic Loop technique.

IN ADDITION TO THIS KIT, YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING MATERIAL

• Circular needle of 2.25 mm (US 1) with a cable lenght of 80 cm / 32” long - or size needed to obtain the gauge.
• Removable Stitch markers
  
• Tapestry needle

SIZES - 1, 2, 3

Circumference: 17.5 (20, 22.5) cm / 7 (8, 9)” (Note: Choose a size that is 1.25 cm to 2.5 cm / 0.5” to 1” narrower than your actual foot circumference, measured at the ball of your foot.)
Foot length: Adjustable

GAUGE

32 sts x 52 rows = 10 cm (4 in) - in stockinette stitch after blocking.
