Wrap yourself in the unique style of the California Sky Shawl. Designed by Louise Robert, this shawl is made with our soft Bis-Sock and cozy Dolce yarns.

You have the option to purchase the pattern only or the knitting kit, which contains both the yarn and the pattern needed to knit this project!

Here is what you need to knit this project:

  • The California Sky knitting pattern (sent as a PDF numeric file) - The pattern is included when you purchase a kit.

    Multicolor version:
  • Louise Robert Collection – DOLCE [100% Brushed cashmere; 235 m par 50 g] - 1 skein - shown in Nature
    AND
  • Biscotte Yarns - BIS-MINI [85% merino wool sw, 15% nylon; 8x 100 m per 25 g] - 1 box - shown in Chroma color

    Two-tone version:
  • Louise Robert Collection – DOLCE [100% Brushed cashmere; 235 m par 50 g] - 1 skein - shown in Bonheur d'Occasion
  • PatricKnits Collection - BIS-SOCK [85% merino wool sw, 15% nylon; 400 m per 100 g] - 2 skeins - shown in Aubergine

To complete this knitting project, you will require these additional accessories along with the knitting kit:

GAUGE: 28 stitches = 10 cm in garter stitch with BIS-SOCK before blocking

NOTE: This shawl is knitted from side to side in eight sections, all worked in short rows, which are separated by an intersection knitted in DOLCE. For the multicolored version, each section is knitted with a BIS-SOCK mini-skein.

This pattern is sold in a digital pdf format: a link to download your pattern will be provided once the order is completed and you will also get this link by email (make sure to check your spams if you can't find the email in your inbox)
