I wrote the original version of this design in 2012 with a wool that is no longer available. Here is, 8 years later, a revised and updated version of this design that is dear to my heart!
The drape and the silky look of the Algua Marina is perfect for this design and since the design requires the insertion of beads, I took my time to find the "rough pearl". I fell in love with beads made from amazonite stones, pro-ducing naturally unique beads!
As the look of this shawl reminds me of the tail of a peacock, I named the design “Paon d’or” in french (english translation: Golden peacock), thus playing with words to refer to the name of Pandora which in Greek means "endowed with all Donations". Happy knitting!

Je viens de le commencer, mais aux couleurs d’origine, car je trouve que celles utilisées pour les remplacer ne lui rendent pas justice. Patron facile à faire jusqu’ici.
Mon futur projet je passe en magasin pour acheter le tout !
Projet à venir! Tellement hâte!
